Located only 6 minutes' walk from the Royal Palace of Tetouan, the 3-star Riad Khmisa Tetouan has a sundeck and barbecue. Providing sports fans with proximity to Stade Saniat Rmel Stadium, which is merely 1.9 km away, this Tetouan hotel also includes snorkelling, diving, and hiking.
Tamuda Overland is around 5 minutes' drive from the riad, while the Kiddy Park is about a 25-minute walk away. The city centre is 10 minutes away on foot. The Khmisa Tetouan is situated in close proximity to the Ethnographic Museum, and Bab Saida bus station lies a mere 450 metres away.

As a wildlife conservationist and safari guide from Nairobi, I appreciate a stay that combines comfort with value, and Riad Khmisa certainly fits the bill. Nestled in the bustling Medina, the location is ideal for exploring Marrakech's rich culture, including the nearby Royal Palace. The decor reflects thoughtful artistry, with vibrant colors that create a cozy atmosphere. My room was comfortable and equipped with AC, which made my stay pleasant. A lovely touch was the owner's warm hospitality; I received an unexpected room upgrade, along with fresh fruit upon my return each evening. Breakfast featured traditional Moroccan delights-bread, honey, and cheese-served on the good terrace. Although the Riad was a bit tricky to find, its value for money is undeniable, especially given the assistance available, including laundry services and tours. While a bit more luxurious than some options, Riad Khmisa offers solid worth without breaking the bank. I'd gladly return for another experience.
